Pushback 115
I've been in such a fog the last couple of weeks that I didn't even realize it's been nearly two weeks since I sent a Pushback/Rebuild newsletter. It helped that there was, for a short moment last week, a lot of really good news for the Democrats that was all over the news. You didn't need me to tell you we were winning when every headline was about the Democratic election successes.
Today's headline is the the tranche of Epstein documents released by Congress, which is "good news" in the sense that Trump hates it and it damages him every time Epstein's name is mentioned. In the morning, the Dems in Congress put out some Epstein emails that implicated Trump in his "girls." In response, House Republicans released more than 20,000 documents, presumably to distract from the earlier emails. There's a certain "rip off the bandaid" logic to that; everything will be disclosed all at once. There might even be something in there to hurt a Democrat, although I doubt that. If they had that kind of information, they'd lead with it. It's fine with me if some Democrats get thrown under the Epstein bus. I have no interest in defending perverts even if their politics align with mine.
Anyway, here are some good headlines for you:
