I've got some cool news. I submitted my Next Ten Amendments proposal to California Democratic Party to add to its platform, and while they declined to endorse constitutional conventions or the proposal as a whole, they did add one of the proposals: statehood votes for DC and the territories. So that's cool. Baby steps, right?
