I hope everyone had a "happy" International Women's Day yesterday, even though we got stiffed an hour. I know it's very hard to find hope right now. I want to state at the top of this that, as an American, as a person raised as a Christian, as a white person: I am absolutely appalled at this needless war of terror against helpless Iranians. I was against the last "war" in Venezuela and I'm already against whatever the fuck Rubio is planning to do to Cuba. People around the world are entitled to life, dignity, self-government. Even when their leaders are craven, terrible people (much like ours), the people themselves do not deserve this. We don't deserve this. We deserve a beautiful and just world. Keep fighting for it.
