I said from the outset that a Disloyal Opposition would be necessary to end the Trump autocracy, and there is a lot of news about Republicans and other Trump allies suddenly speaking up. We seem to have turned a corner on this presidency. While the be-diapered emperor makes redecorating plans, the House and Senate suddenly seem unwilling to go along with his legislative agenda, refusing to take up the SAVE America Act and a war-spending bill. It's almost like their jobs are on the line and he can't save them.
